16oz Traveller PE Double Wall Hot Cup

16oz Traveller Double Wall Hot Cups are premium paper cups designed for serving hot beverages with style and comfort. The double wall construction provides excellent heat insulation, allowing customers to hold their drink without discomfort and eliminating the need for separate cup sleeves. Featuring the distinctive Traveller print, these cups are perfect for cafés, coffee shops, and foodservice operators who want a professional presentation for their hot drinks.

Ideal For

Cafés and coffee shops rely on these cups for serving americanos, flat whites, and flavoured lattes to customers on the move. Delis and bakeries use them for hot drinks paired with pastries and sandwiches, creating a complete grab-and-go experience. Forecourt shops and convenience stores stock them for self-service coffee stations where customers need a comfortable cup they can carry straight to their vehicle. Event caterers and canteen operators choose these cups when serving large volumes of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, knowing the double wall keeps drinks warm longer while remaining safe to handle.

Picture the morning rush at a busy city centre café, baristas pulling shots and passing out lattes in these insulated cups, customers grabbing their order and heading out without needing a sleeve. Or consider an outdoor food market on a chilly Saturday, traders serving warming cups of hot chocolate to families browsing the stalls. These cups handle the heat so your customers can focus on enjoying their drink.

Good to Know

Store cups in a dry location away from direct sunlight to maintain print quality and structural integrity. For a complete serving solution, pair with our 90mm White Recyclable Sip Thru Hot Cup Lid, which fits both 12oz and 16oz cups. If your venue prefers additional branding or insulation options, our Hot Cup Sleeves are also available, fitting 12oz, 16oz, and 20oz cups. Due to the polyethylene lining, these cups should be disposed of through dedicated cup collection schemes rather than standard paper recycling or composting streams.
