Ideal For

Cafés and coffee shops use these platter bases for displaying pastries, sandwiches, and lunch items at the counter or for customer collection. Restaurants and hotels rely on them for buffet service, presenting appetiser selections, and organising back-of-house meal preparation. Delis find them essential for arranging cold cuts, cheese boards, and prepared salads for customer viewing and quick service. Caterers depend on these bases for transporting plated meals to events, ensuring food arrives securely presented and ready to serve.

Picture a busy Saturday brunch service where kitchen staff plate up eggs benedict and avocado toast on these bases for efficient pass organisation. Or a corporate lunch delivery where dozens of sandwich platters need sturdy, presentable bases that stack reliably in transit. These bases also excel at buffet stations, holding finger foods and canapés throughout extended service periods without buckling or losing their shape.

Good to Know

The carrier kraft construction offers excellent rigidity for holding multiple food items while remaining lightweight for easy handling. Store flat in a dry location to maintain structural integrity before use. After service, these bases can be recycled with standard paper and cardboard waste, provided they are free from heavy food contamination. For complete containment solutions, pair with compatible sleeves or covers to protect food during transport or display.
