Ideal For

Cafés use these napkins under espresso cups and alongside pastries at the counter. Restaurants and hotels rely on them for drinks receptions and canapé service, where every glass needs a coaster napkin beneath it. Bars and pubs stock them for cocktail service and beer mats. Caterers appreciate the neutral kraft colour that complements both casual buffets and formal events. Delis place them beside sandwich boards and coffee stations for quick customer access.

Picture a Friday evening drinks reception where guests circulate with wine glasses, each resting on a kraft napkin that absorbs condensation. Or a busy Saturday morning in a café, where baristas slide these napkins under takeaway cups to catch drips. At a catered corporate lunch, servers fan them beside finger food platters, ready for guests to grab as they sample canapés. The compact fold means a single dispenser or stack serves dozens of customers without constant restocking.

Good to Know

Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to maintain paper quality. The tight quarter-fold format fits standard napkin dispensers and stacks efficiently in limited counter space. After use, these napkins can go directly into commercial compost bins along with food waste, simplifying back-of-house waste separation. Pair with kraft paper bags and compostable cups for a consistent, eco-conscious presentation across your service.
