Ideal For

Restaurants use these yellow cloths to designate specific cleaning zones such as bar tops and glass wash areas, ensuring cross-contamination risks are minimised. Cafés and delis rely on them for wiping down servery counters and display cases throughout busy service periods. Hotels and catering operations assign the distinctive yellow colour to front-of-house surfaces, keeping back-of-house and customer areas clearly separated in their hygiene protocols. Takeaways and food trucks benefit from the compact folded format that fits neatly into tight workspaces.

During a morning rush, staff can quickly grab a fresh cloth to wipe espresso machine drip trays and milk steaming wands between drinks. At the end of service, the high absorbency makes short work of cleaning beer taps and bar mats. Throughout the day, these cloths handle everything from mopping up minor spills at customer tables to giving glass display cabinets a streak-free finish.

Good to Know

The folded format allows for easy one-handed dispensing, keeping the remaining cloths hygienic until needed. Assign the yellow colour consistently across your operation to reinforce staff training on colour-coded cleaning systems. Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight to maintain cloth integrity. These cloths pair effectively with appropriate surface sanitisers for a complete cleaning routine in food preparation and service areas.
