Ideal For

Cafés and coffee shops use these biobags to line countertop bins for coffee grounds, tea bags and food scraps destined for composting. Restaurants and hotel kitchens rely on them for separating organic waste at prep stations, keeping food peelings and plate scrapings separate from general refuse. Delis and bakeries find the 20 litre size ideal for back-of-house waste bins collecting sandwich trimmings, expired baked goods and other compostable materials. Schools, creches and office canteens use them in dining areas where food waste separation is required by sustainability policies.

Picture a busy café clearing tables after the morning rush, dropping coffee cups and pastry wrappers into a countertop bin lined with these green biobags. In a restaurant kitchen, the prep chef sweeps vegetable peelings directly into the compost bin without worrying about plastic contamination. At a catering event, staff can confidently dispose of food waste knowing the entire bag will break down in commercial composting facilities.

Good to Know

Store these compostable bags in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to maintain integrity before use. The 420x420mm dimensions suit standard 20 litre pedal bins and small office bins. For organic waste streams, these bags can be placed directly into commercial composting systems alongside their contents. When paired with clearly labelled compost bins, they help staff and customers sort waste correctly, supporting your business's sustainability goals and compliance with waste separation requirements.
