Ideal For

Cafés and coffee shops use these compostable sacks for collecting coffee grounds, food scraps and general waste from busy service areas. Restaurants and hotels rely on the 80-litre capacity for kitchen prep waste and dining room refuse, keeping back-of-house operations running smoothly. Takeaways and delis benefit from the durable construction when disposing of packaging offcuts and food waste throughout the day. Caterers appreciate the generous size for event clean-up, while office canteens use them in food waste collection programmes.

During morning service, staff can line large bins in prep areas to collect vegetable peelings, fruit waste and plate scrapings. At closing time, the robust 92 micron gauge handles the weight of a full day's waste without tearing, making end-of-shift disposal quick and clean. For businesses participating in commercial composting schemes, these bags simplify the separation of compostable waste from general refuse.

Good to Know

The 92 micron gauge construction provides reliable strength for heavy waste loads while remaining flexible enough for easy handling. These compostable refuse sacks break down in appropriate industrial composting environments, so check with your waste management provider to confirm acceptance. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to maintain bag integrity before use. The green colour helps staff quickly identify compostable waste streams, supporting correct waste segregation in busy commercial kitchens.
