Ideal For

Hotels rely on these napkins for banqueting suites and wedding receptions where consistent, elegant presentation matters across hundreds of covers. Restaurants use them for dinner service where the 40cm size provides generous coverage for laps and hands. Caterers appreciate the compact 8fold design for conference catering and event service, as they stack tightly in transport containers and need no reshaping when laying covers. Function venues and wedding coordinators choose them for formal occasions where white napkins complement table décor and place settings.

Picture setting a banquet hall for 200 guests: these napkins stack in tight columns, slide under cutlery bundles in seconds, and present a crisp, uniform appearance across every place setting. During a busy restaurant dinner service, servers can quickly fan them into glasses or lay them flat without fussing with folds. At a wedding reception, they hold their shape from the moment covers are laid until guests are seated, maintaining that polished first impression.

Good to Know

The 8fold format means each napkin opens to a generous 40cm square while storing in a slim, narrow profile. This makes them significantly more space-efficient than quarter-fold napkins of the same size. Store in a dry location away from strong odours, as paper napkins can absorb surrounding scents. The compostable and recyclable credentials make post-event disposal straightforward for venues with sustainability commitments. Pair with matching white paper tablecloths or placemats for a coordinated look.
