450ml #2 Foil Container (4x5")

No.2 Foil Containers (4x5") are the industry-standard single-portion aluminium trays trusted by takeaways, delis and caterers across Ireland. Ideal For

Takeaways rely on these containers for rice portions, curry sides and sauce servings on busy Friday nights. Delis use them to pack single servings of lasagne, shepherd's pie and baked pasta for the grab-and-go counter. Caterers appreciate the stackable design when preparing hundreds of identical portions for events, while restaurants serving delivery orders trust the heat retention to keep food hot in transit. Food producers and meal-prep operations find the 450ml capacity perfect for portion-controlled ready meals destined for retail chillers.

Picture a takeaway kitchen during peak service: staff line up dozens of these containers, fill them with steaming biryani or creamy korma, crimp on the lids and stack them in the hot cabinet ready for collection. Or a deli at closing time, portioning leftover beef stew into individual trays for tomorrow's lunch trade. These containers handle the daily grind of high-volume food service, from kids' portions at school canteens to single dessert servings at catered functions.

Good to Know

These containers nest neatly for compact storage, saving valuable shelf space in busy kitchens. Pair with No.2 board lids for a secure seal that resists leaks during transport. The aluminium body conducts heat evenly, making these trays suitable for reheating in conventional ovens. For recycling, empty the container, give it a quick rinse to remove food residue, and place it in your aluminium recycling stream where accepted locally.
