Ideal For

Caterers rely on these lids for buffet platters, salads, and cold dishes at weddings, corporate events, and private functions where visual appeal matters as much as practicality. Delis and cafés use them to cover prepared salads, grain bowls, and fresh fruit selections in display cases, keeping contents visible to customers browsing the counter. Restaurants and takeaways appreciate the secure fit for delivery and collection orders, ensuring pasta salads, antipasti, and cold mezze plates arrive intact. Food producers and commercial kitchens use them for portioned meal prep, batch cooking storage, and wholesale food distribution where clear visibility helps with stock rotation and quality checks.

Picture a busy Saturday lunch service at a deli counter: staff quickly top oval bowls of couscous salad with these lids, stack them neatly in the display fridge, and customers can immediately see the colourful ingredients inside. At a corporate catering event, platters of cold cuts and cheeses sit under clear lids on the buffet table, protected from airborne contaminants while remaining fully visible. For a meal prep business, these lids seal individual portions for the week ahead, allowing clients to identify each dish at a glance when they open the fridge.

Good to Know

Store lids flat in their original packaging to prevent warping or dust accumulation before use. The 20mm dome height provides clearance for dressed salads, garnishes, and foods with some height without crushing toppings. These lids pair directly with 770ml oval pulp bowls for a complete sustainable packaging solution. After use, rinse lightly if soiled and place in your recycling bin, as rPET is widely accepted in Irish recycling facilities. The clear material maintains excellent visibility even in chilled display units, helping reduce food waste by allowing customers and staff to see contents without opening.
