Ideal For

Butchers rely on this twine for trussing beef joints, tying pork loins, and securing stuffed poultry before roasting. Delis use it to bundle charcuterie, tie herb bouquets, and present artisan products with a traditional finish. Restaurants and hotel kitchens depend on it for preparing rolled roasts, tying roulades, and securing bacon-wrapped fillets. Caterers find it indispensable when prepping large quantities of tied meats for events, while food producers use it on production lines for consistent, food-safe binding of processed meat products.

Picture a busy Sunday morning in a butcher shop: joints of beef are being rolled and tied before the counter opens. In a restaurant kitchen, a chef secures a herb crust onto a rack of lamb, confident the twine will hold through hours of slow cooking. At a catering commissary, dozens of stuffed chicken breasts are trussed in rapid succession, each one uniform and ready for the oven. These are the everyday moments where dependable, food-safe twine proves its worth.

Good to Know

This twine is rated food-grade, making it safe for direct contact with meat and other foods during cooking. The distinctive blue and white colour provides clear visibility, helping kitchen staff identify and remove twine before serving. Store in a cool, dry location away from moisture to maintain tensile strength. For efficient dispensing in busy environments, consider mounting the roll on a wall-mounted twine holder to keep workstations tidy and reduce handling time. After use, dispose of twine through standard recyclable waste streams where facilities permit.
