Red LDPE Oversleeves (18")

Oversleeves 18" Red provide reliable arm protection for staff working in food preparation, hospitality, and hygiene-sensitive environments. The bright red colour supports colour-coded hygiene systems, making them easy to identify in professional kitchen and cleaning protocols.

Key Features

• Material: Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)
• Size/Capacity: 460mm length x 200mm width
• Pack size: 2,000 per case
• Secure fit: Elastic at both cuff and elbow keeps sleeves firmly in place during movement

Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways use these oversleeves to protect staff uniforms during food preparation and plating, keeping clothing clean and reducing cross-contamination risks. Cafés and delis rely on them when handling messy ingredients such as sauces, marinades, and fresh produce. Caterers benefit from the bulk case size, ensuring adequate supply across large events and high-volume food service operations. Hotels deploy them for housekeeping and kitchen staff who require arm coverage during cleaning and food handling tasks. Healthcare facilities and creches use them as part of broader hygiene protocols when preparing meals or managing cleaning duties.

In everyday use, these oversleeves prove invaluable when kitchen staff are portioning raw meat, mixing wet batters, or handling greasy components. Cleaning teams wear them to protect arms while scrubbing, sanitising surfaces, or working with cleaning chemicals. The elastic cuffs prevent sleeves from slipping down during repetitive reaching and bending motions, allowing workers to focus on their tasks without constant adjustment.

Good to Know

The dual elastic design at both ends provides consistent coverage throughout a full working shift, reducing the need for readjustment. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to preserve material integrity. For colour-coded hygiene systems, pair with matching red aprons, gloves, or other PPE to maintain clear visual distinction between work zones. Dispose of after single use to uphold hygiene standards.
