Foil Chicken Bag (175x230x300mm)

Foil Portion Bags (175x230x300mm) are designed for holding and serving whole chickens and hot cooked meats. The foil-laminated paper construction keeps food warm while containing juices and grease, ensuring clean handling for staff and customers alike. Perfect for butchers, supermarket hot counters, rotisseries, and food-to-go operations that need reliable, heat-retentive packaging.

Key Features

• Size/Capacity: 175 x 230 x 300mm flat bag, sized to fit a standard whole bird
• Pack size: 500 per case

Ideal For

Supermarkets use these bags at hot deli counters to package rotisserie chickens for customers grabbing a quick meal on the way home. Butcher shops rely on them to wrap hot cooked meats, keeping products warm during the handover to customers while preventing grease from soaking through. Rotisserie outlets and food-to-go cabinets benefit from the heat retention properties, ensuring chickens stay at serving temperature longer. Caterers preparing large quantities of hot poultry for events use these bags to portion and transport cooked birds efficiently.

Picture a busy Saturday afternoon at a supermarket hot counter: freshly roasted chickens come out of the oven, staff slip each bird into a foil bag, and the packaging holds the heat while customers browse. At a local butcher, a customer collects a pre-ordered hot roast, and the foil lining keeps juices contained during the car journey home. For a catering company delivering hot food to a corporate lunch, these bags maintain temperature and prevent leaks during transit.

Good to Know

The flat bag construction allows easy loading of whole birds or large meat portions. Store in a dry location away from direct heat sources to maintain packaging integrity. Due to the foil laminate layer, these bags are not accepted in standard paper recycling streams. Food-soiled packaging is typically excluded from recycling as well, so check with your local waste collection service for specific guidance on disposal options in your area.
