Ideal For

Restaurants and hotel kitchens use this film for covering prep bowls, wrapping portioned ingredients, and protecting plated dishes during service. Delis and bakeries rely on it daily for wrapping sandwiches, covering display trays of pastries, and keeping sliced meats and cheeses fresh behind the counter. Catering companies find the extended roll length invaluable when prepping large quantities of food for events, wrapping platters for transport, and sealing containers before delivery. Food producers and commercial prep kitchens benefit from the consistent cling when packaging bulk ingredients and protecting work-in-progress items during shift changes.

Picture the morning rush at a busy café: baristas wrap trays of scones and muffins to keep them moist until they hit the display case. In a restaurant kitchen, chefs stretch the film over mise en place containers, locking in freshness through a busy dinner service. At a catering facility, the team wraps dozens of salad bowls for a corporate lunch delivery, confident each one stays sealed and presentable during transit.

Good to Know

This film is designed for use with compatible cling film dispensers that accommodate 400mm width rolls, making for smooth, controlled dispensing and clean cuts. The 40-micron gauge provides a balance of strength and flexibility, stretching easily around bowls and containers without tearing. Store rolls in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to maintain optimal cling performance. The clear finish allows kitchen staff to identify contents at a glance, reducing the need to unwrap items during stock checks. For best results, ensure food surfaces are dry before wrapping to achieve maximum adhesion.
