Items not in stock: average lead time is 3 business days from order confirmation before dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship orders by courier to the delivery address provided at checkout (or on your order confirmation). If a delivery location needs special access instructions, please add them at checkout or email us.

Stocked items

Stocked items are typically dispatched on the next business day after order confirmation and payment terms being met.

Items not currently in stock

If an item is not in stock, our average lead time is 3 business days before dispatch (from order confirmation).

Note: Dispatch and delivery timings are estimates. Delays can occur due to supplier lead times, courier network issues, weather, seasonal peaks, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier service level. Where available, estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. For trade orders or bulk deliveries, timings may be confirmed directly with you.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout or confirmed on your order.
  • We may contact you if we need to confirm access, delivery windows, or pallet handling.

Delivery issues, damage, and shortages

  • Please inspect cartons on arrival and note any visible damage or shortage with the driver (where possible).
  • Report delivery issues, shortages, or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@prestopak.ie.

Shipping costs

Standard courier delivery: €7.95 per item.

Free delivery: Orders over €100 (ex VAT, excluding shipping) ship free.

Any applicable shipping charges (or free shipping eligibility) are shown in your cart/checkout before payment. If you need help with a large order or special delivery requirements, email hello@prestopak.ie.

On display in store (available to order)

Some items may be displayed in store and available to order (for example: “Displayed in store” or “Available to order”). For those items, the product page will show an estimated dispatch or pickup readiness time after ordering. As a general guide, items not currently in stock have an average lead time of 3 business days from order confirmation before dispatch.
