Galvanized Scourer (15g)

Galvanized Scourers (15g) are industrial-grade cleaning tools engineered to tackle the toughest scrubbing tasks in commercial kitchens and food production environments. The 15g weight offers an economical solution for single-shift use, encouraging regular replacement to maintain hygiene standards rather than reusing damp, bacteria-prone pads. Built from durable galvanized steel, these scourers deliver powerful abrasive action against stubborn residue without breaking apart under pressure.

Key Features

• Material: Galvanized steel, rust-resistant and long-lasting
• Size/Capacity: 15g per scourer, lighter format for frequent replacement
• Pack size: 25 per sleeve, 1,000 per case

Ideal For

Restaurants rely on these scourers for pot wash stations where burnt-on sauces and carbonised food debris accumulate on pans and stockpots. Caterers use them to restore baking trays and roasting tins between large-scale events. Hotel kitchens depend on them for tackling grill bars and griddle surfaces after breakfast and dinner services. Food producers and canteens choose these scourers for cleaning industrial equipment and preparation surfaces where stubborn residue builds up during high-volume production runs.

Picture the end of a busy service: blackened sheet pans stacked by the pot wash, grill grates coated in caramelised drippings, and fryer baskets caked with oil residue. These galvanized scourers cut through it all efficiently. They excel at scrubbing burnt cheese from pizza trays, removing baked-on grease from oven racks, and restoring stainless steel prep tables to a hygienic shine. The lighter 15g format means staff can grab a fresh scourer each shift, maintaining both cleaning power and food safety standards.

Good to Know

Store scourers in a dry location to preserve their rust-resistant properties until use. The bulk case format of 1,000 units ensures back-of-house operations, janitorial teams, and maintenance crews always have stock on hand. Pair with heavy-duty degreaser sprays for maximum effectiveness on carbonised deposits. Dispose of used scourers with general waste once cleaning performance diminishes.
