Ideal For

Bakeries rely on this parchment for lining sheet pans, cake tins, and proofing baskets, ensuring clean release of bread loaves, pastries, and delicate sponges. Restaurants use it to wrap proteins for en papillote cooking and to separate portions during prep. Caterers find it indispensable for interleaving layers of baked goods during transport, preventing damage and sticking. Delis use the parchment for wrapping sandwiches and lining display trays, while food producers depend on it for large-scale batch baking and icing work.

Picture the morning rush in a busy bakery: sheet after sheet of croissants and scones slide effortlessly off the parchment onto cooling racks. In a restaurant kitchen, a chef wraps salmon fillets with herbs and vegetables, confident the parcels will open cleanly at the table. A catering team prepares hundreds of brownies, layering each tray with parchment so the treats stack safely for delivery without a single one sticking to another.

Good to Know

For faster, more controlled dispensing in high-traffic kitchens, pair this parchment roll with the Wrapmaster 4500 Dispenser, which accepts 450mm refills and allows single-handed operation. Store rolls in a cool, dry area away from direct heat sources to preserve the silicone coating. The parchment is safe for direct food contact and can be used on both sides. After use, the paper can be placed in standard recycling streams where facilities accept silicone-coated paper products.
