Ideal For

Bakeries rely on these silicone sheets for lining baking trays when producing pastries, cookies, breads, and delicate baked goods that require clean release without residue. Hotels and restaurants use them extensively for roasting vegetables, meats, and fish, where the non-stick surface ensures food lifts cleanly for plating. Cafés and delis depend on these sheets for heating paninis, toasties, and breakfast items, protecting flat grills and speeding up service. Caterers find them invaluable for high-volume event preparation, lining multiple trays for batch cooking while minimising washing up between courses. Takeaways and food trucks use them to line prep surfaces and wrap items for transport.

In day-to-day kitchen operations, these sheets prove essential when batch-baking scones or muffins for the morning rush, when roasting trays of root vegetables for the lunch service, or when preparing delicate fish fillets that would otherwise stick to metal pans. They create a barrier between sticky glazes and baking surfaces, making cleanup straightforward and reducing pan wear over time.

Good to Know

Supplied in bulk cases of 480 sheets, these silicone papers are economical for high-volume food service operations. The generous 16"x24" size fits standard commercial baking trays and can be trimmed to suit smaller applications. Being recyclable, they support waste reduction goals for environmentally conscious food businesses. Store flat in a dry location to maintain sheet integrity and ease of dispensing during busy service periods.
