Ideal For

Takeaways rely on these lids to seal large portions of soup, curry and stew for delivery runs where containers need to travel safely. Restaurants and hotels use them for room service and takeaway orders, knowing the secure fit prevents spills in transit bags. Caterers depend on them for event service, transporting multiple portions of hot food from kitchen to venue without leakage. Delis and cafés serving hearty lunch soups find them essential for walk-out customers who need reliable seals for their commute. Canteens in healthcare and school settings use them for portioned meals that must stay sealed until service.

Picture the lunch rush: a customer orders a large beef stew to take back to the office. The rigid lid clicks securely onto the container, and they can drop it into their bag without worry. Or consider a catering delivery for a corporate meeting, with twenty soup portions stacked in crates. These lids hold firm through the journey, arriving ready to serve. For curry night specials at your takeaway, customers can carry their order home confident that nothing will leak onto car seats or work desks.

Good to Know

These lids are made from rigid polypropylene rather than coated paper, giving them a sturdy rim that seats positively onto the container edge. For recycling, scrape out any food residue and rinse the lid before placing in your recycling bin. Check with your local collection service, as PP is not accepted by all kerbside recycling schemes. Store sleeves in a dry area away from direct heat. These lids pair directly with 26oz and 32oz Spiritpak soup containers for a complete serving solution.
