Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways rely on these trays for packaging hot ready meals and curries that customers can reheat at home. Caterers use them extensively for batch preparing lasagnes, fish pies and shepherd's pies ahead of events, storing trays in the freezer until needed. Delis and butchers find them ideal for displaying and selling marinated meats, prepared salads and portioned ready-to-cook products. Bakeries package traybakes, brownies and savoury pastries for retail sale, while food producers use them for portion-controlled meal kits destined for supermarket shelves or direct delivery services.

Picture the Monday morning meal prep at a busy café, filling trays with cottage pie for the week's specials. Consider the caterer loading a van with dozens of sealed portions for a corporate lunch. Think of the butcher packaging seasoned chicken thighs for customers to take home and roast. These everyday moments are where this tray proves its worth, moving seamlessly from freezer to oven to table without the need for repacking.

Good to Know

For sealed, tamper-evident packaging, pair these trays with our Manual Tray Sealer to create professional, airtight closures that extend shelf life and enhance presentation. Store trays flat in a dry area to maintain their shape before use. As aluminium is infinitely recyclable, encourage customers to rinse and recycle trays after use to support sustainability goals. The smooth wall design allows for easy food release and cleaning, making these trays suitable for both single use and careful reuse in controlled environments.
