Black Hand Wrap (400mm x 200m)

Black Hand Wrap 400mm x 200m is a manual stretch wrap film engineered for securing pallets and bundling products. Manufactured from low-density polyethylene at 23 micron gauge, this hand wrap delivers consistent cling and load stability for warehousing and distribution operations. The opaque black colour conceals contents from view, adding a layer of discretion for sensitive shipments while protecting goods from dust and light exposure.

Ideal For

Warehouses and logistics facilities rely on this hand wrap for securing mixed pallets before dispatch, keeping stacked cartons tightly bound during forklift movement and lorry transit. Food producers and manufacturers use it to stabilise outgoing shipments of finished goods, wrapping palletised cases of product to prevent shifting and damage. Caterers and wholesale distributors find it essential for bundling irregular items and grouping loose stock for transport between kitchens, venues, and storage depots. Retailers use it in back-of-house operations to consolidate deliveries and protect inventory during seasonal stock rotations.

Picture wrapping a pallet of mixed beverage cases at the end of a production run, layering the black stretch film from base to top to lock everything in place. Or bundling awkward equipment and catering supplies before loading a van for an off-site event. This hand wrap also proves valuable for protecting goods stored outdoors or in dusty environments, shielding cartons from moisture ingress and surface contamination.

Good to Know

The extended core design allows for fatigue-free wrapping without a dispenser, though compatibility with standard hand-wrap dispensers makes high-volume tasks more efficient. Store rolls in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to preserve film elasticity. The 23 micron thickness offers standard puncture resistance suitable for typical warehouse loads. After use, the polyethylene film can be collected and recycled through appropriate plastic recycling streams.
