Clear Top Sheet (750x1500mm)

Clear Top Sheets 750x1500mm are transparent protective covers made from medium density polyethylene, designed to secure and shield palletised goods during storage and transit. These 16 micron gauge sheets deliver lightweight yet effective protection while maintaining complete visibility of the contents beneath, eliminating the need to unwrap pallets for stock checks or quality inspections.

Key Features

• Material: Medium density polyethylene (MDPE), 16 micron (64 gauge)
• Size/Capacity: 750mm width x 1500mm length
• Pack size: 400 sheets per roll
• Eco credentials: Recyclable

Ideal For

Food producers and manufacturers rely on these top sheets to protect finished goods pallets in cold stores and production areas before dispatch. Distribution centres and warehouses use them to cover mixed pallets awaiting collection, keeping dust and moisture off products while allowing barcode scanning and visual identification without removing the sheet. Caterers and wholesale food suppliers find them invaluable for covering trolleys and racks of prepared foods during transport between kitchen and venue.

Picture a busy warehouse at shift end: a forklift driver drapes a clear top sheet over a loaded pallet of boxed produce, securing the load for overnight storage while the morning team can still see exactly what is on each pallet at a glance. In a food production facility, quality control staff walk the floor checking covered pallets without breaking protective seals. At a catering depot, delivery drivers cover racks of plated meals to keep them clean during van loading, confident the sheets will not obscure labels or delivery tickets.

Good to Know

The 16 micron gauge offers a practical balance between durability and ease of handling, thin enough to drape smoothly yet strong enough to resist tearing during routine warehouse activity. Store rolls in a dry area away from direct sunlight to maintain sheet integrity. As a recyclable polyethylene product, used sheets can be collected with soft plastic recycling streams where facilities allow, supporting your business sustainability goals. These top sheets pair well with standard pallet wrap for full load containment when required.
