Ideal For

Restaurants and commercial kitchens rely on this concentrated formula for washing pots, pans and utensils throughout busy service periods. Cafés and coffee shops use it for cleaning cups, saucers and brewing equipment between customers. Takeaways and fast food outlets benefit from its rapid grease breakdown when tackling fryer baskets, tongs and prep surfaces. Caterers depend on the high foam stability when washing large quantities of serving dishes and cutlery at events. Food producers and manufacturing facilities use it in preparation areas where hygiene standards demand effective removal of food residues.

During the morning rush, kitchen porters can power through stacks of breakfast plates without foam collapse. At the end of evening service, the formula tackles baked-on sauces and stubborn grease from roasting trays. For general cleaning tasks, it doubles as an all-purpose detergent for wiping down stainless steel surfaces and equipment housings.

Good to Know

This product appears as a green, clear, viscous liquid with a pH of 9 when undiluted. The concentrated formula means a little goes a long way, so dilute according to soil level for optimal results. Grease held in suspension prevents redeposition onto clean dishes, ensuring spotless results. Non-flammable and safe for use in food handling environments. Pair with the Kitchen Master White Trigger Bottle Reload for convenient dispensing at wash stations and prep areas throughout your kitchen.
