Catering companies depend on the concentrated formula for efficient on-site washing at events and functions. Takeaways and delis benefit from its fast grease breakdown when cleaning containers, trays and serving equipment. Food producers and bakeries appreciate the effective cleaning of mixing bowls, baking trays and production equipment where fats and proteins accumulate.

Picture the lunch rush when dishes pile up faster than they can be washed: this detergent produces long lasting, high stable foam that keeps working through heavy loads. When a chef needs a frying pan cleaned quickly between cooking different dishes, the concentrated formula cuts through residual oils immediately. For end of day deep cleaning of preparation surfaces and equipment, the general purpose cleaning capability means one product handles multiple tasks.

Good to Know

This is a concentrated product requiring dilution before use, offering excellent value compared to ready to use dishwashing liquids. The formula provides superior grease suspension, meaning fats and oils are held in the wash water rather than redepositing onto clean dishes. The non-flammable formulation is safe for storage in commercial kitchen environments. The anionic surfactant blend including dodecyl benzene sulphonate and lauryl ether sulphate delivers excellent wetting, cleaning and foaming properties throughout extended washing sessions.
