Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways rely on this degreaser to tackle the heavy grease buildup that accumulates around fryers, grills and prep stations during busy service periods. Hotels and hospitality venues use it for maintaining spotless kitchen floors in high-traffic back-of-house areas where spillages are constant. Cafés and delis benefit from the flexible dilution rates, using stronger concentrations near cooking equipment and lighter mixes for general floor cleaning in serving areas. Commercial caterers appreciate the economical concentrate format that reduces storage space while providing professional-grade results across multiple kitchen environments.

Picture the end-of-shift deep clean when cooking oil has splattered across the floor near the range, or the quick mop-down between lunch and dinner service to remove greasy footprints. This degreaser handles the stubborn buildup around chip fryers in takeaways, the bacon fat residue in hotel breakfast kitchens, and the olive oil drips near pizza prep stations. Surfaces dry quickly to a shine, meaning floors are ready for staff to walk on sooner without slipping hazards.

Good to Know

Before dispensing, flip the bottle down for 5 seconds, then flip up for 5 seconds to ensure proper mixing. For heavy grease deposits, use 1x10ml dose per 750ml trigger bottle or 2x10ml per 5L bucket, allowing 30 seconds contact time before mopping. For general cleaning on non-greasy areas, a lower dilution rate is effective. This concentrate is designed as a reload for the Kitchen Master White Trigger Bottle Reload (750ml), making it simple to maintain consistent dilution across your cleaning routine. Suitable for use on all floor surfaces in commercial kitchen environments.
