Ideal For

Hospitals and nursing homes rely on this product for maintaining hygienic floor surfaces in corridors, wards and communal areas where the biocidal effect provides added safety. Hotels use it to keep lobby floors, dining areas and function rooms gleaming between deep cleans. Restaurants and commercial kitchens benefit from the improved slip resistance in high-traffic zones around service counters and kitchen pass areas. Office buildings and corporate facilities use it to maintain a professional appearance in reception areas and meeting rooms. Schools and creches appreciate the pleasant floral fragrance that leaves spaces smelling fresh after cleaning.

During daily maintenance routines, cleaning staff apply this maintainer by damp mopping to restore shine between scheduled buffing sessions. For more intensive care, spray burnishing with ultra high speed machines brings metallised polish floors back to their original wet look finish. The product proves particularly valuable in entranceways and corridors where foot traffic quickly dulls floor surfaces, allowing quick touch-ups that restore appearance without a full strip and seal process.

Good to Know

This floor maintainer features economical dilution rates, making each 5 litre bottle stretch further for better value. The pH level sits at 6.5±0.5 when neat, and the formula is non-flammable for safe storage. The bright pink colour makes it easy to identify and measure during dilution. For best results on metallised polishes, use in conjunction with a regular buffing schedule to maintain the wet look finish. The highly fragranced formula leaves a pleasant sweet floral scent that indicates freshly cleaned floors to building occupants.
