Ideal For

Hotels and B&Bs rely on this detergent to maintain pristine bed linens, towels and guest laundry with that bright, fresh appearance guests expect. Restaurants and cafés use it to keep tablecloths, napkins and chef whites free from food stains and grease. Caterers benefit from its ability to remove stubborn protein stains like gravy and milk splashes from uniforms and service linens between events. Healthcare facilities and creches choose it for handling soiled fabrics where effective stain removal at lower temperatures is essential. Food producers use it for staff uniforms and cloths that accumulate oils, fats and organic matter throughout production shifts.

Picture the morning rush in a busy hotel laundry room, processing dozens of stained tablecloths from last night's service. Or a caterer preparing for the weekend, needing chef jackets spotless after a week of function work. This detergent handles the heavy lifting, breaking down butter, oil and grease through lipase enzymes while protease enzymes tackle protein-based stains such as blood, gravy, milk and faeces. The low foaming formula means faster rinse cycles, saving water and energy in high-volume operations.

Good to Know

This formulation contains a corrosion inhibitor that protects washing machine drums from rusting, extending equipment lifespan. Anti-redeposition agents hold soil in suspension during the wash cycle, preventing dirt from resettling on fabrics. The neutral pH of 7 makes it gentle on fibres while remaining effective. For pre-treatment of heavily soiled items, consider pairing with Kitchen Master Emulfast (25L) to break down stubborn grease before the main wash. The product is non-flammable and performs excellently at lower wash temperatures, reducing energy costs in commercial laundry operations.
