Ideal For

Fast food restaurants rely on these boxes for serving classic burgers, chicken burgers, and speciality creations at the counter or through drive-through windows. Takeaways use them to package hot burgers for collection and delivery orders where product protection during transit matters. Cafés and delis choose this size for gourmet burger offerings, breakfast muffin sandwiches, and substantial filled rolls that need headroom and structural support. Food trucks benefit from the lightweight yet sturdy construction when space is limited and speed of service is essential. Caterers serving buffet stations or event food find the hinged lid practical for guest self-service while keeping contents warm and protected.

Picture the Friday lunch rush when orders stack up: staff grab a box, flip it open, place the burger inside, and close it in one smooth motion. During evening delivery runs, the corrugated walls absorb bumps and keep the burger intact from kitchen to doorstep. At weekend markets, food vendors hand over filled boxes knowing the sturdy construction will hold up while customers walk and eat.

Good to Know

The micro flute corrugated board offers an effective balance of strength and lightweight handling, making it easy for staff to work with during high volume service periods. Food grade certification confirms the box is safe for direct food contact. Store boxes flat in a dry location to maintain their structural integrity before use. The recyclable material supports waste reduction goals and can be placed in standard cardboard recycling streams after use.
