Ideal For

Restaurants and hotels rely on these bags to keep ice ready for drink service and buffet displays. Caterers use them to transport ice to off-site events, ensuring chilled beverages and seafood platters stay at the correct temperature throughout service. Takeaways and delis stock them for bagging ice to sell directly to customers or for keeping fresh produce cold during busy periods. Food producers and wholesalers find them essential for cold chain logistics, protecting temperature-sensitive goods during distribution.

Picture a summer wedding reception where caterers fill these bags to keep champagne buckets topped up all evening. Or a busy Friday night in a restaurant kitchen, where bar staff grab pre-filled ice bags from the freezer to restock quickly without interrupting service. Fishmongers and seafood counters use them daily to layer ice around fresh catches, maintaining quality from delivery through to sale.

Good to Know

The transparent design allows staff to quickly identify contents and check ice levels without opening. Store flat in a dry area for easy dispensing. The 250 micron thickness provides excellent puncture resistance, making these bags suitable for crushed ice as well as cubes. For best results when transporting, avoid overfilling to allow the bag to be securely tied or sealed. These bags are recyclable, so they can be disposed of responsibly through appropriate plastic recycling streams after use.
