Ideal For

Cafés serving plated salads, sandwiches, and pastries where customers need a sturdy cutting tool. Food trucks and takeaway counters packing hot meals like curry, pasta, or stir-fries that require a knife strong enough to handle both protein and vegetables. Caterers providing compostable cutlery sets for corporate events, weddings, and festivals where waste separation is a priority. Delis assembling lunch boxes with cheese, charcuterie, or grain bowls where customers appreciate the smooth, natural finish.

Picture the lunchtime rush at a busy deli counter: each kraft knife slots neatly into a compostable cutlery wrap alongside a fork and napkin, ready for grab-and-go customers. Or imagine a food festival stall where hot pulled-pork rolls demand a knife that won't snap mid-cut, and the waste all goes into a single compost stream at the end of the day. These knives handle the workload without compromising your sustainability message.

Good to Know

Each case contains 10 sleeves of 100 knives, making it easy to dispense one sleeve at a time into your front-of-house caddy or takeaway packing station without breaking into the full case. Store in a dry environment to preserve the kraft paper's rigidity. These knives are certified compostable, so they break down in commercial composting facilities alongside food waste and other compostable packaging. Pair with kraft paper forks and spoons for a complete compostable cutlery set that aligns with Ireland's single-use plastic regulations.
