Ideal For

Cafés use these bags for coffee-and-pastry combos or breakfast rolls that customers grab on the go. Delis and sandwich bars rely on them for wraps, filled rolls, and small hot food orders. Takeaways pack single-portion meals like curries with rice or fish and chips for one. Bakeries bag scones, muffins, and sliced breads for retail sale. Food trucks serving street food find them perfect for burgers, loaded fries, or toasted sandwiches handed through the hatch.

Picture the morning rush: a barista drops a warm croissant into the bag, folds the top, and passes it across the counter in seconds. At lunchtime, a deli worker fills orders back-to-back, the self-standing bags lined up ready to receive sandwiches without tipping over. During evening service, a chipper packs a single cod and chips for a customer heading home. The flat bottom keeps contents stable, and the kraft paper absorbs minor grease without losing strength.

Good to Know

Store bags in a cool, dry area away from moisture to maintain strength and hygiene. The self-opening design means you can fan out a stack and grab one bag at a time, keeping service flowing. Because these bags are compostable, they can go into food waste bins where local facilities accept certified compostable packaging. For recyclability, ensure bags are kept clean and free of food residue before placing in paper recycling. Pair with greaseproof paper liners when packing oily or saucy foods to extend bag integrity and presentation.
