Ideal For

Hotels and B&Bs rely on this fitting as part of their housekeeping equipment for maintaining lobby floors, corridors, and guest room hard surfaces. Restaurants and takeaways use it in their daily kitchen floor cleaning routines, where grease and food debris require thorough wet mopping. Cafés and coffee shops depend on it for quick spill response and end-of-day floor care in high-traffic customer areas. Catering companies need reliable mop fittings for post-event venue clean-ups, while facilities management teams in office canteens and commercial premises use it to keep communal dining and food preparation areas hygienic.

Picture the busy lunch rush at a deli, where a dropped sauce container needs immediate attention. With a properly fitted Kentucky mop system, staff can respond quickly without disrupting service. In a hotel kitchen during breakfast service, the fitting keeps the mop head securely attached through repeated wringing and scrubbing of tile floors. At closing time in a café, the yellow fitting ensures the mop stays firmly connected while staff work through the final cleaning checklist.

Good to Know

This fitting pairs with the White Kentucky Mop Head (16oz) and Yellow Interchangeable Handle (49") to create a complete mopping system. The yellow colour coding is commonly used in food preparation areas as part of HACCP colour-coding protocols for hygiene management. Store in a dry location when not in use to maintain component integrity. Replace fittings promptly if signs of wear or cracking appear to ensure secure mop head attachment during cleaning tasks.
