Ideal For

Bakeries rely on these dishes for producing retail-ready fruit tarts, custard flans, and frangipane creations that customers can take home in the same tray. Delis and cafés use them for baking individual quiches and savoury tarts to display in heated counters or serve as lunch portions. Caterers appreciate the stackable design when preparing large batches of pies for events, weddings, or corporate functions. Restaurants incorporate them into dessert menus for classic baked puddings and patisserie items, while food producers use them for ready meal assembly where the aluminium tray becomes part of the retail packaging.

Picture a morning bakery run where dozens of Bakewell tarts emerge golden from the oven, each in its own dish ready for the display case. Or a catering team assembling 200 individual chicken and leek pies the night before a corporate lunch, stacking the filled trays neatly in the walk-in. These dishes also shine during weekend brunch service when cafés need to keep freshly baked quiche warm and presentable at the counter.

Good to Know

These dishes are oven-safe and suitable for direct baking without additional preparation. The tapered walls allow pastry to release cleanly after cooling. Store flat in a dry area to maintain shape and prevent dust accumulation. When finished, rinse free of food residue and place in your aluminium recycling stream. For retail sale of baked goods, these trays present professionally and eliminate the need for customers to return containers.
