Restaurants and takeaways use it throughout daily operations to maintain hygienic food preparation areas, clean kitchen floors and keep customer-facing spaces fresh. Hotels and B&Bs find it invaluable for housekeeping teams tackling bathroom cleaning, furniture surfaces and communal areas. Caterers appreciate the economical dilution rates when cleaning large volumes of equipment and surfaces at event venues. Picture the morning prep in a busy deli: wiping down display counters, sanitising chopping boards and freshening washrooms before customers arrive, all with one product. Or consider the end-of-service routine in a restaurant kitchen: degreasing worktops, disinfecting sinks and eliminating lingering food odours in a single efficient pass. This concentrate earns its place wherever high hygiene standards meet high-volume cleaning demands.

Good to Know

Before use, flip the bottle down for 5 seconds, then flip it up for 5 seconds to ensure proper mixing. The dilution rate is 10ml per 750ml spray bottle or 10ml per 5 litre bucket. Contact time for effective disinfection is 30 seconds. The product is non-flammable with a pH of 5.50 (plus or minus 0.50) when neat. Suitable for use on all surfaces including sinks, floors, walls, mirrors, toilets and furniture. The formula kills odour-producing bacteria, eliminating the source of malodours rather than simply masking them. Pair with the Kitchen Master White Trigger Bottle Reload (750ml) for easy everyday dispensing.
