Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways rely on this sanitiser for rapid worktop and chopping board sanitation between prep tasks. Butchers and meat processors use it as a final rinse in meat room sanitation programmes where hygiene standards are critical. Cafés and delis apply it to food contact surfaces, display counters and coffee machine areas throughout service. Caterers and hotels benefit from the quick-drying, no-rinse formula when preparing multiple courses in high-throughput kitchens. Food producers and commercial bakeries incorporate it into daily cleaning protocols for mixers, benches and portioning stations.

Picture the busy lunch rush: a chef finishes slicing raw chicken, sprays the board, and within moments the surface is safe and dry for the next ingredient. In a deli, staff sanitise slicers and scales between customers without disrupting service. At a catering event, prep tables are treated and ready within minutes, keeping food safe and operations moving smoothly.

Good to Know

This sanitiser is a clear, non-viscous liquid with no odour, making it suitable for use near food without transferring unwanted smells or tastes. The neutral pH of 7.0 means it is gentle on most kitchen surfaces. Simply spray onto the surface, allow to air dry, and the area is safe to work on immediately. No rinsing is required, which saves time and water during busy service periods. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For comprehensive kitchen hygiene, pair with dedicated degreasers for heavy-duty cleaning before applying this sanitiser as a final step.
