Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways rely on this sanitiser for rapid surface turnover between food preparation tasks, ensuring contamination-free worktops without downtime. Delis and butchers use it as a final rinse in meat room sanitation protocols, protecting fresh produce from cross-contamination. Caterers benefit from the odourless, non-tainting formula when preparing food at event venues where rinsing facilities may be limited. Hotels and B&Bs maintain food-safe breakfast buffet stations and kitchen prep areas with confidence. Food producers and commercial kitchens trust it for end-of-day sanitisation across all food contact surfaces.

In practice, this sanitiser excels during the morning prep rush when surfaces need quick sanitisation before service begins. It proves invaluable between handling raw meats and ready-to-eat foods, allowing chefs to spray, wipe and continue working within moments. For closing routines, it delivers thorough bacterial elimination on chopping boards, countertops, stainless steel benches and food preparation equipment, all without leaving residues that could affect the next day's food.

Good to Know

The product is non-flammable and non-smearing, making it safe for use near cooking equipment. Its odourless formula ensures no transfer of scent to food prepared on treated surfaces. The neutral pH of 7.0 makes it gentle on most food preparation surfaces while remaining effective against bacteria. Simply spray or wipe onto surfaces and allow to air dry. No rinsing required, and surfaces are safe to use immediately after drying.
