Ideal For

Distribution warehouses rely on this tape for sealing outbound shipments and securing palletised goods. Food producers use it to close product cartons before dispatch, while caterers and commercial kitchens depend on it for sealing supply boxes and organising dry storage. Restaurants and takeaways find it essential for securing delivery packaging, and delis use it for closing cardboard trays and boxes for wholesale orders.

Picture a busy morning at a food production facility: staff are sealing cases of packaged goods destined for retailers across Ireland. The tape applies smoothly, bonds immediately, and holds firm even on dusty or recycled cardboard. In a restaurant stockroom, a manager tapes shut a box of dry goods for storage, confident the seal will remain intact for weeks. At a logistics centre, workers rapidly seal dozens of cartons per hour, relying on the consistent unwind and strong adhesion to keep the packing line moving without tape failures or resealing.

Good to Know

The 25 micron gauge offers an effective balance between tensile strength and material efficiency, making it suitable for standard corrugated boxes without excessive bulk. Hot melt adhesive performs reliably across a range of temperatures and bonds quickly to both virgin and recycled cardboard surfaces. For high-volume operations, pairing this tape with a compatible handheld or bench-mounted dispenser improves application speed and reduces waste. Store rolls in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive performance over time.
