Kitchen Master Concentrated Oven Gel 370 is a professional-grade alkaline gel cleaner formulated to tackle stubborn carbon and grease deposits in commercial kitchens. The viscous gel formulation adheres to vertical surfaces, allowing the potassium hydroxide and biodegradable surfactants to penetrate and break down baked-on grime without running off. Designed for busy hospitality and catering environments, this concentrated cleaner delivers powerful results while using phosphate-free, biodegradable surfactants.

Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways rely on this oven gel for end-of-service cleaning of pizza ovens, convection ovens and commercial ranges. Hotels and catering operations use it to maintain large-scale cooking equipment across multiple service points. Cafés and delis apply it to griddles and sandwich press plates where cheese and grease build up throughout the day. Food trucks benefit from the gel's ability to cling to vertical oven walls, making cleaning in confined spaces more effective.

Picture the evening clean-down in a busy restaurant kitchen: chefs spray the gel onto carbon-encrusted oven interiors and let it work while they prep for the next service. The wetting agents penetrate greasy soils, while the alkaline formula reacts with fats to form soap that wipes away easily. In a hotel breakfast kitchen, staff use it on griddles blackened from cooking bacon and eggs for hundreds of guests. At a fish and chip shop, the deep fat fryer surrounds and extraction hoods are coated with the red gel, which breaks down the thick layer of cooking fat without constant scrubbing.

Good to Know

This product has a pH of 14 neat, which means appropriate safety precautions are essential during handling and application. The product appears as a red, clear, viscous gel and is non-flammable and odourless. Not recommended for use on aluminium, zinc or their alloys, as the alkaline formulation may cause damage to these surfaces. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for dilution rates and contact times to achieve optimal cleaning results while protecting equipment.
