Ideal For

Restaurants and takeaways rely on this cleaner for end-of-service oven and grill maintenance, removing the day's accumulated grease and carbon. Caterers use it between events to restore cooking equipment to pristine condition. Hotels and hospitality venues depend on it for maintaining kitchen hygiene across multiple cooking stations. Cafés and delis find it essential for keeping griddles and toasters free from burnt residue that can affect food quality. Food producers working with industrial ovens and fryers use it to meet strict hygiene compliance standards.

Picture the busy restaurant kitchen at close: chefs spray the foam onto oven interiors and watch it cling to walls and ceilings, dissolving hours of splattered grease. In a hotel breakfast service area, staff apply it to griddle surfaces blackened by a morning of fry-ups, wiping away residue that would otherwise become increasingly difficult to remove. At a fish and chip shop, the deep fat fryer exterior gets a thorough treatment, with the formula reacting with fats to form soap that lifts away effortlessly.

Good to Know

Not recommended for use on aluminium, zinc or their alloys. The product has a pH of 13.5 when neat, so appropriate protective equipment should be worn during application. The formula is non-flammable with a characteristic odour. The wetting agents help penetration of greasy soils, while the concentrated formulation ensures carbon deposits break down quickly. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results on heavily soiled equipment, allow the foam to work for several minutes before wiping clean.
