Ideal For

Restaurants rely on this cleaner to maintain ovens and kitchen ranges between busy service periods, ensuring consistent cooking performance. Takeaways and fast food outlets use it to tackle the heavy grease buildup on deep fat fryers and grill plates that accumulates during high-volume operations. Hotels and institutional canteens depend on it for scheduled deep cleaning of cooker hoods and stove burners across large-scale kitchen facilities. Caterers benefit from its powerful formula when preparing mobile cooking equipment for events, removing carbon deposits quickly to maintain hygiene standards.

Picture the end of a Friday night service when the pizza oven is caked with carbonised cheese and grease. Apply this cleaner and watch it foam and cling to the interior walls, breaking down the buildup without constant reapplication. Consider the weekly deep clean of a busy chipper's fryer station, where this product reacts with fats to form soap that wipes away easily. Think of the catering team preparing a fleet of portable griddles for a festival, needing fast turnaround between events.

Good to Know

The concentrated formula means less product is needed per application, making each bottle go further during routine cleaning schedules. Wetting agents in the formula help penetrate greasy soils, reducing scrubbing effort. The product has a pH greater than 13.5 and is non-flammable, making it suitable for use in busy kitchen environments. Always check surface compatibility before use, as this cleaner is not suitable for aluminium or zinc surfaces. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
