Ideal For

Restaurants and commercial kitchens rely on this bleach to sanitise food prep surfaces, chopping boards, and stainless steel counters at the end of each service. Cafés and delis use it for daily washroom cleaning and floor mopping in high-traffic customer areas. Takeaways and fast food outlets depend on it to disinfect waste bins, drains, and back-of-house areas where grease and food residue accumulate. Hotels and healthcare facilities incorporate it into their cleaning schedules for washroom fittings, hard floors, and sanitary areas that require consistent bacterial control. Contract cleaners and catering operations value the bulk format for cost-effective coverage across multiple sites.

Picture the end of a busy Friday night service: kitchen porters fill spray bottles from the 5-litre container and work through the cleaning checklist, wiping down counters and sanitising chopping surfaces. In a café, the morning shift pours diluted bleach down floor drains to prevent odours before opening. At a deli counter, staff use it to wipe down refrigerated display cases during the weekly deep clean, ensuring food hygiene compliance.

Good to Know

Always follow the dilution rates and contact times stated on the product label and safety data sheet to ensure effective disinfection without damaging surfaces. Never mix bleach with acidic cleaners or ammonia-based products, as this creates hazardous fumes. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The 5-litre format is designed for decanting into smaller bottles for daily cleaning tasks, making it practical for operations that need bleach available at multiple stations. Suitable for use on washable hard surfaces including floors, sinks, drains, and ceramic fittings.
