Ideal For

Bakeries rely on these sheets for wrapping fresh pastries, scones, and bread rolls to keep them grease-free during display and customer handover. Delis use them to wrap cheese, cooked meats, and sandwiches, providing a hygienic barrier that maintains freshness. Takeaways and food trucks line serving baskets and trays to catch grease from chips, burgers, and fried foods. Cafés place them under cakes and baked goods in display cases for a clean, professional look. Caterers use the generous 14"x18" size for wrapping platters and portioning buffet items efficiently.

Throughout a typical service, these sheets work behind the scenes constantly. Staff grab a sheet to quickly wrap a customer's sausage roll, line a wire basket before piling in hot chips, or layer between stacked pastries to prevent sticking. The smooth white surface looks crisp and appetising whether visible in a glass display or handed directly to customers at the counter.

Good to Know

Store in a cool, dry area away from strong odours to maintain paper quality. The 960 sheet bulk case suits high volume operations and reduces reordering frequency. Greaseproof paper works well alongside paper bags for customer handover or can be used to line cardboard food trays for added grease protection. After use, sheets that are free from heavy food contamination can be placed in paper recycling. For composting, check local guidelines as greaseproof paper may require commercial composting facilities depending on contamination levels.
