At a deli counter, freshly sliced meats and cheeses are layered on sheets before being wrapped for purchase. During a catering event, trays of mini quiches and sausage rolls sit neatly on greaseproof liners, looking appetising while staying protected from moisture. Good to Know

Store sheets flat in a dry location to prevent curling or moisture absorption. The 350x450mm size provides ample coverage for most standard food items, reducing the need to double up sheets. When disposing, these sheets can be placed in paper recycling bins provided they are not heavily soiled with food residue. For particularly greasy items, consider pairing with outer paper bags or cardboard containers to maintain a clean customer experience.
