Ideal For

Cafés use these sheets to line serving baskets for toasted sandwiches and pastries, keeping surfaces clean between customers. Takeaways and food trucks rely on them for wrapping burgers, breakfast rolls, and other handheld items, ensuring grease stays contained during transport. Delis wrap cheese, cold cuts, and baked goods to maintain freshness and presentation. Bakeries place these sheets between layers of cakes, tarts, and other confections to prevent sticking and oil transfer. Caterers use them extensively for buffet presentations and individual food portions at events.

Throughout a typical service day, these greaseproof sheets earn their place in countless tasks. Line a wire basket before adding a portion of chips or chicken goujons, and the grease is absorbed while the food stays crisp. Wrap a warm panini for a customer on the go, confident the paper will hold up without tearing or leaking. Use them as dividers when stacking sausage rolls or pastries in a display case, keeping each item separate and grease-free.

Good to Know

Store sheets flat in a dry location away from heat sources to maintain their integrity. The 7" x 9" size suits most standard serving baskets and is easy to fold for wrapping smaller items. As recyclable paper, used sheets can go into paper recycling bins provided they are not heavily soiled with food residue. For heavily greased items, pair with food-safe trays or containers for added security during transport.
