Ideal For

Cafés rely on these sheets for lining serving baskets and wrapping toasted sandwiches, pastries, and scones. Takeaways and food trucks use them to wrap burgers, chips, and fried foods, keeping grease contained while customers eat on the go. Delis find them essential for wrapping cheeses, cooked meats, and prepared salads at the counter. Bakeries use them between layers of baked goods and for presenting items in display cases. Caterers depend on them for buffet tray liners and individual food portions at events.

Picture the morning rush at a busy café: fresh croissants lifted from the oven and placed on greaseproof sheets to cool, then wrapped for takeaway customers. Or a fish and chip shop on a Friday evening, each portion wrapped securely to absorb excess oil while keeping food warm. At a weekend farmers' market, a cheese vendor wraps wedges of artisan cheese for customers, the greaseproof paper preventing oil from seeping through to hands and bags.

Good to Know

Store sheets flat in a dry location away from direct heat to maintain their greaseproof properties. The 375x500mm size is versatile enough to cut down for smaller applications or use full-size for larger wrapping tasks. Being made from virgin pulp, these sheets are food-safe for direct contact with all food types. After use, uncontaminated sheets can go into paper recycling; sheets soiled with food waste should be composted where facilities exist or disposed of with general waste.
