Ideal For

Bakeries rely on these sheets for lining baking trays, separating pastries and wrapping baked goods for display. Delis use them to wrap sandwiches, cheese and cured meats, keeping food fresh while preventing grease transfer. Restaurants and takeaways line serving baskets and trays for burgers, fish and chips, and fried foods. Caterers find the generous 500x750mm size perfect for covering prep surfaces and wrapping large platters. Food producers use them as interleaving sheets between product layers during storage and transport.

Picture the morning rush at a busy café: these sheets line the pastry display case, wrap freshly made paninis for collection orders, and protect the prep counter during sandwich assembly. In a fish and chip shop, they transform a plain tray into a presentable serving vessel, absorbing excess oil while keeping portions looking appetising. At a weekend market, a food truck vendor wraps hot crepes and pancakes, confident the grease stays contained while customers eat on the go.

Good to Know

Store flat in a dry area away from moisture and direct heat to maintain paper integrity. The large sheet size can be cut or folded to suit smaller applications, offering flexibility across multiple tasks. Being compostable, used sheets can go into commercial food waste streams where facilities accept paper products, supporting waste reduction goals in food service operations. These sheets pair well with paper bags and compostable containers for a fully sustainable takeaway packaging solution.
