Ideal For

Cafés rely on these sheets for lining serving baskets when presenting toasted sandwiches, scones, and pastries. Takeaways and food trucks use them to wrap burgers, baguettes, and hot filled rolls, keeping grease contained while customers eat on the go. Delis find them indispensable for wrapping cheese, cured meats, and freshly sliced produce at the counter. Bakeries use them between layers of baked goods and for customer purchases, while caterers deploy them across platters and in food prep to maintain hygiene standards.

Picture the morning rush at a busy café: these sheets line every basket heading to the floor, presenting toasties cleanly while catching crumbs and grease. At a chipper on a Friday evening, staff wrap battered fish portions quickly, confident the paper will hold up against hot oil. In a deli, a block of aged cheddar gets wrapped for a customer, the sheet keeping the cheese fresh until they get home. These are the everyday moments where reliable greaseproof paper proves its value.

Good to Know

Store sheets flat in a dry area away from moisture and strong odours to maintain freshness. The large 14" x 18" size suits most food wrapping and basket lining tasks without trimming, though sheets can be cut or folded as needed for smaller items. As a compostable product, used sheets can go into commercial food waste bins where facilities accept compostable paper. Pair with food trays, greaseproof bags, or takeaway containers for a complete packaging solution.
