Ideal For

Bakeries rely on these sheets for lining baking trays and wrapping fresh pastries, scones and bread loaves for customer takeaway. Delis use them daily to wrap sandwiches, baguettes and filled rolls, keeping fillings secure while allowing easy handling. Takeaways and food trucks find them invaluable for wrapping burgers, kebabs and hot food items where grease containment matters. Caterers appreciate the large format for lining serving platters and protecting buffet displays. Cafés use them for presenting toasted sandwiches, paninis and baked goods at the counter.

Picture the morning rush at a busy bakery: trays of croissants fresh from the oven rest on these sheets, the paper catching any butter residue while staff quickly wrap customer orders. In a deli at lunchtime, each made-to-order sandwich gets wrapped neatly in greaseproof, keeping sauces contained and the exterior clean for handling. At an evening catering event, the sheets line platters of finger food, creating a professional presentation while simplifying cleanup afterwards.

Good to Know

These imitation greaseproof sheets provide good resistance to fats and oils, making them suitable for wrapping most everyday food items. Store flat in a dry location to prevent curling or moisture absorption. The large sheet size can be easily cut or folded to suit smaller items when needed. For best results with very high-fat foods or extended contact times, consider pure greaseproof alternatives. Being recyclable, used sheets that are not heavily soiled can go into paper recycling streams, while food-contaminated sheets should be disposed of with general waste or composted where facilities allow.
