Ideal For

Takeaways rely on these sheets for wrapping fish and chips, burgers, and fried foods to keep packaging grease-free during customer handoff. Delis use them to separate sliced meats, cheeses, and pastries in display cases while maintaining an appetising presentation. Bakeries line trays and wrap butter-rich croissants, sausage rolls, and Danish pastries without oil seeping through. Caterers depend on the generous 14" x 18" size for plating and transporting canapes, sandwiches, and hot finger foods at events. Food producers utilise them as interleaving sheets between products during packing to prevent sticking and grease migration.

Picture the morning rush at a busy café: staff grab sheets to line baskets for freshly baked scones and bacon rolls, keeping counters spotless. At lunchtime, a deli counter uses them to hand-wrap sandwiches quickly while customers queue. During evening service, a fish and chip shop wraps portions efficiently, knowing the paper will hold up against hot, oily food without tearing or letting grease soak through to outer packaging.

Good to Know

Store flat in a dry location away from direct heat or moisture to maintain sheet integrity. The blue and yellow printed design helps distinguish greaseproof sheets from other paper products in busy kitchen environments. These sheets work well alongside paper bags, food trays, and outer wrapping paper for a complete food presentation solution. After use with uncontaminated dry food waste, sheets can be placed in paper recycling streams where facilities accept food-contact paper.
